| Our Vendor Referral Program is more of a “handshake” program where both companies (5280 Financial and vendor) agree to work together on a professional basis. Vendor does not guarantee a first right of refusal to 5280 Financial and 5280 Financial does not provide some of the tools available to vendors that are available under our Vendor Alliance Program. |

| Vendor Alliance Program |
|
| Under the Vendor Alliance Program, both companies enter into a contract where certain expectations are set including items such as first right of refusal, best efforts remarketing agreements, etc. In return, 5280 Financial provides product and services exclusive to the Alliance Program members like; special pricing, marketing reports, private label applications and documentation. |
